ACE Program Director
Courtney is a licensed Paramedic and Operations Supervisor with Medic One Ambulance, and previously served as a Field Training Officer with the company. She has experience in hospital settings and dialysis, and was in the army for eight years where she launched air defense missiles and repaired chemical equipment (among other things!). She is also an avid video-gamer and dog-lover!
St. Louis Primary Instructor
Tim is a licensed EMT and has over 20 years’ experience in EMS; he has served as an EMT in urban and rural areas, as well as a firefighter on his community’s fire protection district. Tim has also responded to numerous disaster deployments across the country, and even provided his EMT skills to Six Flags. In his spare time, Tim enjoys volunteering at (and attending!) music festivals, going kayaking, and pretty much anything outdoors.
Poplar Bluff Primary Instructor
Matt is a licensed Paramedic and the Education Officer with Medic One in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He has worked with Medic Once since 2004, and taught numerous EMT courses. In addition to working with Medic One, he is also active with a youth softball league where his two youngest children play.
